Meet the Team

Tricia Klein

Founder

With a vision for building a practice where the client is the priority…always, the practice was formed in 2024. After several years of working in private practice, Tricia found that the policies and protocol were not necessarily in favor of the client. Creating her own policies where the client benefits from having flexibility and more financial options was the primary goal.

Welcome to Next Chapter Wellness! The fact that you are even looking into therapy shows your strength. I think the stigma of seeing a therapist is fading but it still has a way to go. Therapy is really just guidance from an objective person. A person who has no stake in your decisions, and so is only interested in what is the best for you! What is the benefit for me? To see you thrive. There is no better feeling than to see a client go from struggling to living their best life. Over ten years ago I left my career in corporate marketing and returned to school. It was the best decision I’ve ever made.

I believe that most of our issues today stem from our past. The smallest events can have a major impact on how we live our lives today. I specialize in trauma, with a history of working with law enforcement and military. I work with civilians as well treating anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. My clients’ well being is my first priority.

Let me get you to where you want to be. I am flexible with scheduling as I know people have a lot going on in their lives and I am not here to make your life more stressful. If you’re on the fence, schedule a free consultation call. It definitely can’t hurt and may be the beginning of a calmer, peaceful, and happier life ahead!

I approach therapy with the belief that growth happens when we have the space to be understood and supported. My goal is to offer a compassionate environment where your voice is valued, and your priorities guide our work. I am dedicated to helping adults who are navigating anxiety, grief, stress, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions.

I bring a unique perspective to therapy from my background in high-pressure professional settings, giving me insight into stress, burnout, and balance. My collaborative, tailored approach draws on evidence-based methods - CBT, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapy - adapted to your individual needs and focused on what matters most to you

At the heart of my practice is a therapeutic relationship rooted in empathy, trust, and curiosity. I believe everyone has the capacity for resilience and change. Together, we'll explore patterns, uncover strengths and find new ways to approach challenges, helping you move towards a more balanced, fulfilling life. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

MHC-LP

In sessions with clients, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and highly personalized approach to therapy. I work with individuals and couples who are seeking greater confidence, purpose, and emotional harmony in their lives.

My practice blends mindfulness, relational attunement, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients move through life’s transitions with grace and clarity. I specialize in supporting clients navigating daily struggles, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, sexual issues, and relationship challenges - helping them reconnect with their authentic selves and create meaningful change from within.

Sessions are designed as a space to exhale. To feel seen, understood, and guided toward a more intentional way of living. I truly believe that healing unfolds when we feel safe enough to explore the truth of who we are, and empowered enough to live from that place with confidence and calm.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncertain, but it’s also the beginning of meaningful change.

I welcome you to reach out with any questions or to schedule a consultation. Together, we’ll find a pace and path that feels right for you.
